Move (almost all of) the stuff that constructs a canonical call to main() into lli (new methods "callAsMain", "makeStringVector"). Nuke getCurrentExecutablePath(), enableTracing(), getCurrentFunction(), isStopped(), and many dead decls from interpreter. Add linux strdup() support to interpreter.
