This patch removes the type mismatch warnings revealed by Windows 64
compiler. Wherever necessary, used size_t type for size related data.

There is a bug in the CParameterHandle::getAsBoolean() method:
instead of accepting a reference to a bool in argument, it takes
a copy of the boolean.
The fix consists in accepting a reference as parameter.

The parameter-framework core public headers were mixed up with all other
private headers. Making it dificult for other components to include PFW public
headers.
Move public headers
- ParameterHandle
- ParameterMgrPlatformConnector
- SelectionCriterionInterface
- SelectionCriterionTypeInterface
to the "include" dir.
