From 070783f6eac010e7d0e09e595c4e8b2334a86962 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Dianne Hackborn Date: Wed, 29 Dec 2010 16:46:28 -0800 Subject: Don't let services in persistent processes be lost after crashing. Special cases persistent processes to not allow their services to be force stopped if the processes is crashing multiple times. Avoid the annoying issue with the system bar going away if it is sometimes crashing.
