This is part of the effort moving peripheral registers outside of pxa-regs.h,
and using ioremap() make it possible the same IP can be re-used on different
processors with different registers space
As a result, the fixed mapping in pxa_map_io() is removed.
The regs-lcd.h can actually moved to where closer to pxafb.c but some of its
bit definitions are directly used by various platform code, though this is not
a good style.

two reasons:
1. GPIO namings and their mode definitions are conceptually not part
of the PXA register definitions
2. this is actually a temporary move in the transition of PXA2xx to
use MFP-alike APIs (as what PXA3xx is now doing), so that legacy
code will still work and new code can be added in step by step

This makes the code better organized and simplified a bit. The change
will lose a bit of performance when performing IRQ ack/mask/unmask,but
that's not too much after checking the result binary.
This patch also removes the ugly #ifdef CONFIG_PXA27x .. #endif by
carefully not to access those pxa{27x,3xx} specific registers, this
is done by keeping an internal IRQ number variable. The pxa-regs.h
is also modified so registers for IRQ > PXA_IRQ(31) are made public
even if CONFIG_PXA{27x,3xx} isn't defined (for pxa25x's sake)
The incorrect assumption in the original code that internal irq starts
from 0 is also corrected by comparing with PXA_IRQ(0).
"struct sys_device" for the IRQ are reduced into one single device on
pxa{27x,3xx}.

This adds gpiolib support for the PXA architecture:
- move all GPIO API functions from generic.c into gpio.c
- convert the gpio_get/set_value macros into inline functions
This makes it easier to hook up GPIOs provided by external chips like
ASICs and CPLDs.

Fix CKEN register corruption in the PXA27x cold reset code
located in sound/arm/pxa27x-ac97.c. The problem has been
introduced with a pxa_set_cken() function change in linux 2.6.23.
This patch is based on patch 4527/1 that fixes the same problem in
the ASoC PXA-AC97 driver. Additionally a definition for the CKEN
index value is added and applied to both PXA AC97 drivers.

This patch adds support for the other three palette formats possible with
the PXA LCD controller. This is required on boards where an LCD is connected
with all its 18 bits. With this patch, it's possible to use an 8-bit mode
with 18-bit palette entries. This used to be possible in 2.4 kernels but
disappeared in 2.6. With current kernels, you can only get wrong colours
out of an LCD connected this way.
Users can choose the palette format by doing something like this
in their board definition:
static struct pxafb_mach_info my_fb_info = {
[...]
.lccr3 = LCCR3_OutEnH | LCCR3_PixFlEdg | LCCR3_PDFOR_3,
.lccr4 = LCCR4_PAL_FOR_2,
[...]

This patch removes the unnecessary bit number from CKENnn_XXXX
definitions for PXA, so that
CKEN0_PWM0 --> CKEN_PWM0
CKEN1_PWM1 --> CKEN_PWM1
...
CKEN24_CAMERA --> CKEN_CAMERA
The reasons for the change of these defitions are:
1. they do not scale - they are currently valid for pxa2xx, but
definitely not valid for pxa3xx, e.g., pxa3xx has bit 3 for camera
instead of bit 24
2. they are unnecessary - the peripheral name within the definition
has already announced its usage, we don't need those bit numbers
to know which peripheral we are going to enable/disable clock for
3. they are inconvenient - think about this: a driver programmer
for pxa has to remember which bit in the CKEN register to turn
on/off
Another change in the patch is to make the definitions equal to its
clock bit index, so that
#define CKEN_CAMERA (24)
instead of
#define CKEN_CAMERA (1 << 24)
this change, however, will add a run-time bit shift operation in
pxa_set_cken(), but the benefit of this change is that it scales
when bit index exceeds 32, e.g., pxa3xx has two registers CKENA
and CKENB, totally 64 bit for this, suppose CAMERA clock enabling
bit is CKENB:10, one can simply define CKEN_CAMERA to be (32 + 10)
and so that pxa_set_cken() need minimum change to adapt to that.

It has been reported by Julian Deng that configuring the pxa27x i2c SCL line as output generates a short negative pulse on it during the call to pxa_gpio_mode(GPIO117_I2CSCL_MD); as it first switches it to output and then configures it for the alternate function. The SCL line is in fact bidirectional and can also be configured as 117 | GPIO_ALT_FN_1_IN, in which case the pulse is not generated. This is exactly what this patch does.

The Lubbock platform uses both a PXA25x and a SA1111 at the same time.
Both chips have the same "Serial Audio Controller" registers although
the SA1111 one is never expected to be used in preference to the PXA25x
one. So let's disable the SA1111 defines whenever compilation is for a
PXA architecture and make the PXA defines always defined.
This removes a bunch of "already defined" warnings as well since the
current hack to prevent them depended on include ordering which wasn't
always right.
While at it, clean up the SA1111 defines allowing to get rid of the
__CCREG() macro.

The following patch changes the bus arbiter controller settings

silicon.

Patch from Todd Poynor
Add symbols for PXA2xx PWRMODE register M field that selects low-power
mode, replace unadorned constants. Honor power mode parameter of
pxa_cpu_suspend(mode), no longer force to 3 (sleep). Full Deep Sleep
low-power mode support for PXA27x is pending generic PM interfaces to
select more than 2 suspend-to-RAM-style power modes, but this is
expected soon. This can be hardcoded in the meantime by replacing the
pxa_cpu_suspend() parameter value. From David Burrage and Todd Poynor.
Try #2 removes one of the register copies and moves the code to save the
pxa_cpu_suspend parameter to immediately surround the call that requires
the parameter value be preserved.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
