Include common omap4 vendor repo if available.
Note that TARGET_BOARD_OMAP_CPU needs to be set first.
tuna:
- original commit applied on omap4 hardware repo,
need to be tested by motorola and amazon omap4 devices
first - inherit from device tree until that
