bug 122:
- Replace ConstantPointerRef usage with GlobalValue usage
- Minimize redundant isa<GlobalValue> usage
- Correct isa<Constant> for GlobalValue subclass
- Remove tabs
- Fix coments refering to ConstantPointerRef
