Make sure to clear the LazyFunctionLoadMap after we ParseAllFunctionBodies.
Otherwise, clients who call ParseAllFunctionBodies will attempt to parse
the function bodies twice, which is (uh) very very bad (tm).
This fixes gccld on python.
