gallivm: Prefer backend agnostic intrinsic for rounding.
We could unconditionally use these instrinsics, but performance with SSE2 would suck, as LLVM falls back to calling libm. lp_test_arit. Reviewed-by: Roland Scheidegger <sroland@vmware.com>
