i965: Fill out the rest of brw_debug_recompile_sampler_key().
This makes INTEL_DEBUG=perf report shader recompiles due to CMS vs.
UMS/IMS differences and Sandybridge textureGather workarounds.
Previously, we just flagged them as "Something else".
