DNG: Update TiffWriter to handle thumbnails and SubIfds.
- Fix SubIfd handling.
- Add StripSources, convenience functions for writing image strips.
- Update Input classes to use with JNI.
- Add skip method.
- Add tag definitions for GPS tags.
- Add name string to tag definitions.
