DO NOT MERGE: Prevent crash at erroneous MPEG2TS bitstream
Used new RCHECK_ macros for drop-in replacements for CHECK_ to avoid crashing at bit errors encountered while parsing MPEG2 transport packets. Also removed CHECK_ macros in PSI table processing as errors would have been already filtered out by CRC check.
