omx: softcodecs: Support HAL_PIXEL_FORMAT_RGBX_8888
Adds support for the HAL_PIXEL_FORMAT_RGBX_8888 format used by
mediatek's hardware.
Fixes several CTS tests where interaction between hardware and software
encoders and decoders is tested.
