Do CRC check for MPEG2TS PSI sections
CRC checking helps the parser avoid getting wrong values from corrupted data in the stream transmitted over a noisy channel. Bug: 19821428 Change-Id: I7f589a66a781298c039124a4bd1c9453e77b1bf3
