API cleanup for RemoteConnection.

+ Rename handle to address.
+ Rename audioModeIsVoip to IsVoipAudioMode.
+ Rename Listener to Callback.
- Delete getParent() and getChildren() methods.
- Delete onChildrenChanged/onParentChanged methods.
+ Rename Listener to Callback.
+ Rename Callback methods to reflect other changes.
