Provide an on/off switch to control atlas service at start-up. This
service is disabled by default on lowram devices to save memory.
Atlas service is responsible for pre-loading drawables which
can be shareable among the applications. Found that the probability
of using same drawables in different apps concurrently is very less.
However it allocates fixed size of ion buffer based on config.
So by disabling it this memory overhead can be avoided. We are safe
to disable this service as it does not block any functionality.

Our system themes were based on configurations that were added post-
init of the system theme.
I96e695441543379e4d5fdf3cc6f18d9e6cf953b4 broke this, because there
was a race condition in the code for rebasing themes
If8fecde76d62738a8e55eddf898eafc468afdba2 (the cherry-picked commit)
fixes the race condition and adds the rebasing back in.

Added the GestureLauncherService that listens for camera launch gesture
and starts the camera app.
OEMs need to specify the sensor type of the camera launch gesture in
their overlays.
In the future, we can add more gesture support in this service.

Since registration of NfcService as a manager service happens in the first run of the Nfc app,
and since the SystemUi makes use of this manager service through the NfcTile, NfcManager
can lead into a null reference for the NfcAdapter because the NfcService isn't registered
when the SystemUi starts (this condition depends on the device speed to bring up the call
to the apps).
This change adds a noop service that allow to be called by SystemServer before start the
systemui and ensure that NfcService is available before apps start using NfcManager.

Only watching for exceptions that occur during an apps launch may
not be sufficient to catch possible bad themes causing issues.
This patch monitors all app crashes and broadcasts that there was
a crash if either Resources.NotFoundException or InflateException
are thrown. The remaining logic is the same as when an app launch
failure occurred.
We also display a notification to the user so that they know why
their theme was reset to the system theme.

The boot dialog is currently hidden on first boot but the bootanimation
can take a very long time to go away. Show the boot dialog so we know
whats happening.

androidfw: Update bags tests
The overlayOverridesStyleAttribute was updated such that it does
not check the attribute of the theme before adding the overlay.
The bag is cached on the first call and the next call, after the
overlay is attached, returns that pre-computed bag so the test would
always fail. We now simply check that the attribute matches the one
in the overlay, and if so then the test passes.
This patch also adds a new test to check that an overlay can reference
and access resources that are unique to the overlay. Currently this
test fails.

Protect windowNoTitle and windowActionBar attributes
This patch creates a new method to define "protected" attributes. These
are attributes like windowActionBar which should not be modified by
a theme.
Some apps (eg gmail) use the appcompat library which
has its own Actionbar classes. When an app uses its own
Actionbar it must not include the default actionbar which is
achieved through the windowActionBar attribute.
Some themes may try to change these attributes, which can will cause
the app to crash.

New converter for Kitkat -> L fonts.xml
L introduced a new fonts xml format. Its great, but our themes will
keep using hte old format. This provides a converter and
test cases. The parser was taken from the chooser and remains

When processing resources with AAPT on the device, it spams the
logcat with warning messages about CREATING STRING CACHE. Change

Cleanly detach theme assets
Types from an overlay are added to the target group's

Use systemui's applied theme for notifications.
Notifications contain RemoteViews which are inflated using the
application's context for which this notification belongs to. This
can look out of place if SystemUI is using a different theme than the
rest of the system.
This patch will use SystemUIs theme when inflating the RemoteViews,
giving us a more consistent look in the notification drawer.

Base icons can be vector drawables. This patch allows them to be
composed. Currently, VectorDrawables cannot have filters applied
since they do not have a method to get the Paint object like

Access Themed ResTables from compiled theme apk [1/2]
Before this patch the ResTable for a theme/app was created and
accessed seperate from the compiled APK. Since the compiled APK
has its own copy of the resources.arsc, we can just reuse the table

Themes: Dynamically add/remove content from StatusBarWindow
StatusBarWindowView has logic for resizing and fading content
which doesn't always behave correctly if this view is not the
root. Rather than create a container, this patch uses the
existing StatusBarWindowView as the container and the inflated
status bar is then added to this view.

Themes: don't use preloaded drawables when themed
If we have themed assets we should try and load those rather than
pulling from the preloaded drawables. This allows us to continue
and preload drawables in ZygoteInit while maintaining the ability
to theme those preloaded assets.

CM11 -> CM12 Upgrade [1/3]
- Introduce a new secure setting "THEME_PREV_BOOT_API_LEVEL".
This field will always be set to the previous api level for themes.
So if we upgrade from CM11 to CM12 this value will differ from the current API
causing an upgrade to trigger
- When moving from CM11 -> CM12, unapply incompatible overlays
- Rename "holo" to "system" in secure settings themeConfig
- Provide a testing downgrade script to put the secure settings db into a state
similiar to CM11 (at least for themes)

Themes now use an array of applied styles rather than a String to store
their history. They are keyed based on a hash code computed from the
history of applied styles. The themed drawable cache has been abstracted
out into its own class.
Also updates system context to use DayNight as the default and ensures
that GlobalActions uses the correct context, which exercises the change.
CTS tests have been added in another CL.

In ShutdownThread:rebootOrShutdown, the vibrator is created
by "new SystemVibrator()" which will use default constructor
of Vibrator.
And because system server is not bound application,
ActivityThread.currentPackageName will be null.
Then the member mPackageName of Vibrator is null.
When doing vibration:
VibratorService.startVibrationLocked
-> mAppOpsService.startOperation
-> getOpsLocked (null package will get null op)
-> return MODE_ERRORED
-> no vibration

The whitelist is now maintained by DeviceIdleController,
which is moving out into its own independent system service.
Network stats now queries it for the whitelist, instead of
collecting that itself.
Also did a few improvements in alarm manager -- made the
code for moving alarms out of the pending list more robust,
and fixed the debug output to always print the contents of
the pending list even if we aren't in a pending state. (That
would have helped me identify the problem much earlier.)

Previously we had to wait for systemReady before setting the brightness
due to the order in which the display power controller was initialized.
Unfortunately it could take us a rather long time to reach that stage,
particularly after an OTA where the screen would remain at maximum
brightness for minutes while "Optimizing Apps".
This change moves the brightness backlight setting code deeper
into the display manager which has a couple of nice side-benefits
in that it now becomes much easier to coordinate display power mode
changes with display backlight changes. So this change also resolves
some issued with changing the backlight while in DOZE_SUSPEND and
ensuring that backlight changes generally end up being performed
before executing a power mode change except in the case where the
display needs to come out of suspend first. (So now the backlight
will be set before entering DOZE from the ON state.)
Deleted some dead code in LightService which was in the way.

- There is now an API for people to find out about
its state.
- Moved DeviceIdleController to be closer to the
power manager implementation, since they are
closely related.
- Job scheduler now knows about idle state and doesn't
run jobs while the device is idle.
- Battery stats now keeps track of "idling" vs "idle mode".
Idling is when we consider the device to be idle,
independent of whether we are actually in deep idle mode.
This allows us to keep track of longer-term changes
independently of cycling in and out of idle mode.
- Battery stats also now keeps track of package changes in
its daily stats.
- Small optimization to network policy manager service to
not touch uids that do not have the NETWORK permission.
