Remove deprecated BufferQueue constructor
Finally remove the BufferQueue constructor itself. From now on, all BufferQueues must be created through the createBufferQueue method. Bug: 13415624 Change-Id: I192bf9430265bab761dcd59db1f02c9d0ac4feed
