Camera_test: Bayer reprocessing fixes
- 'pixformat' inside 'setInput()' was not
correctly initialized. It has to hold the
pixelformat of the incoming buffer.
- Bayer buffers should not be aligned.
- Updates the copying of the incoming Bayer
buffers.
