Blackfin arch: Faster Implementation of csum_tcpudp_nofold()
Avoid conditional branch instructions during carry bit additions.
Special thanks to Bernd.
Simplify: Use ((len + proto) << 8) like every other __LITTLE_ENDIAN__ machine
