ide-cd: use xfer_func_t in cdrom_pc_intr()
Unify writing and reading handling in cdrom_pc_intr() using xfer_func_t. There should be no functionality changes caused by this patch. Signed-off-by: Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz <bzolnier@gmail.com>
