[PATCH] fix EMBEDDED + SYSCTL menu
SYSCTL should still depend on EMBEDDED. This unbreaks the EMBEDDED menu
(from the recent SYSCTL_SYCALL menu option patch).
Fix typos in new SYSCTL_SYSCALL menu.
