S5PC110: HR-TIMER: Cleanup codes related to high resolution timer.
This patch cleanup code in arch/arm/plat-s5p/hr-time-rtc.c We observe linux coding standard rules using 'checkpatch.pl' Change-Id: I04664f498c8e336a5f61921bf70aadbca0c32720
