[PATCH] libata: add ATA exceptions chapter to doc
Hello, Jeff.
This patch adds ATA errors & exceptions chapter to
Documentation/DocBook/libata.tmpl. As suggested, the chapter is
placed before low level driver specific chapters. Contents are
unchanged from the last posting.
