Use rtc_valid_tm() to check the returned struct rtc_time *tm, to avoid

Since 43cc71eed1250755986da4c0f9898f9a635cb3bf, the platform modalias is
prefixed with "platform:". Add MODULE_ALIAS() to the hotpluggable RTC
platform drivers, to re-enable module auto loading.

them from ".data" to ".rodata". Then update the drivers.

Move the "24hr: yes" proc output from drivers to rtc proc code. This is
required because the time value in the proc output is always in 24hr mode
regardless of the driver.

Add a driver for the ST M48T86 / Dallas DS12887 RTC.
This is a platform driver. The platform device must provide I/O routines to
access the RTC.
