* [SCSI] dpt_i2o: Add PROC_IA64 defineJeff Mahoney2008-06-151-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | This fixes the following compile failure: drivers/scsi/dpt_i2o.c:83: error: 'PROC_IA64' undeclared here (not in a function) Mark Salyzyn <Mark_Salyzyn@adaptec.com> indicated that IA64 must report itself as PROC_INTEL, so I've changed the comment for PROC_INTEL. * [SCSI] dpt_i2o: 64 bit supportMiquel van Smoorenburg2008-05-023-16/+12
| | | | | | | | | | | | This is the code to actually support 64 bit platforms. 64 bit DMA is enabled on both x86_32 PAE and 64 bit platforms. This code is based in part on the unofficial adaptec 64-bit dpt_i2o driver update that I got from Mark Salyzyn at Adaptec. * drivers: Remove unnecessary inclusions of asm/semaphore.hMatthew Wilcox2008-04-181-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | None of these files use any of the functionality promised by asm/semaphore.h. It's possible that they rely on it dragging in some unrelated header file, but I can't build all these files, so we'll have fix any build failures as they come up. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
