misc: fsa9480: only enable wake interrupt if in usb host mode
The fsa9480 driver only needs the external id irq to wake the
device from suspend when the device is in usb host mode. If it
leaves wakeups enabled on the irq, suspend will never be entered
because the irq idles in its active state.
