ARM: OMAP: Increase DMA consistent memory size to 14MB
Current OMAP DMA consistent memory size is 2MB, which is the min
size allowed and can impose an unnecessary constraint in the
amount of DMA memory available. Increasing the memory size to 14MB
which is the max size allowed.
