Require Eclipse 3.7.2 instead of Eclipse 3.6.2.
We need to drop support for Eclipse 3.6.x because of issue 66226
(the bundled ECJ compiler is too old to handle the Lombok AST
converter which references a UnionReferenceType in its visitor
class.)
